Ok, I broke into top 10, but my aim is 700 cpm.
I've read your previous posts...... people around here seem to have mastered the 200 decimals, which they can recite by heart. Is there a problem if I recall only the first 10 digits?
1415926535
... which I remember from highschool

Nice job! Finally a significant increase on this contest
When you'll reach 700 cpm you'll even pass jeandid on the general rankings!
As far as knowing the digits by heart, I don't think it matters, but your fingers should know them though. Muscle memory is what counts on this contest, just like for typing the alphabet backwards.
So, typing digits ain't that bad after all, no?

Well, it was getting under my skin at first, but right now, I agree with you !!
It's not bad at all... quite the opposite, I begin to like it

WOW, well done! I knew you could do it ; since you're faster than me, there was no reason for you not to do 750+
So what's the next step, 800? 850?

Am I really? Check out the alphabet in reverse, you owned me there

Only one day after setting the bar so high, I'm struggling to find my form.... My best result today was a modest 730.... but... yeah, ideally I should break into the 800s someday rainy

By the way you passed Chen on 3 contests, but he's still ahead on the general rankings because of his dominance on the alphabets... Shall you make up for it?

Yessss, finally a breakthrough; now I'm really happy

If somebody had told me 2 weeks ago that I'd do 900+ cpm, I would've definitely laughed in his face....
Did I tell you already that I'm happy? Sorry, I feel the need to be redundant

				hahaha this is INSANE!
I bow down before your greatness!
All you need to do now is to lower your alphabet score to 1,8 and you'll be first in the general rankings!
EDIT: I meant 1,18

				Wow !
No words for this, Andrei you're awesome !
420 >> 920 in two weeks, that's just incredible ...

Try to pass over 1000 now !

				Thank you Traumer,
Yes, it's a huge leap, from 420 to 920, but the old record was made using only my right hand, on the keypad - which was very inefficient and tiring. By changing to a 8-finger technique, on the number row, now I don't get tired too quickly, therefore speeds 2 times greater than before have become possible. However, 1000 cpm seems very far-fetched right now...
