I am probably going to miss this year's September master, because I leave on vacation between 21 - 29 of that month.

Anyway, I put in a lot of effort this July, to reach my 180 wpm score. I don't think I can replicate the same level of effort in the next months.

Je viens de me connecter sur https://qualitesite.com/zonedactylo avec le même utilisateur / mot de passe et jusque-là tout fonctionne bien. Pourtant, en appuyant sur le bouton "Master" en haut à droite, une popup s'ouvre en me demandant de saisir ...

I concur.

Sadly, some people get frustrated for not being able to progress beyond a certain threshold. It's not the slowest people who become cheater, it's those frustrated just-above-averages who resort to such cheap tricks.

Jeandid should improve the anti-cheating system. Maybe add some typing ...

I take this opportunity to make an announcement: the odds are currently against my constant participation in next year's tournament. In plain English: I don't think I will be able to play seriously next year. Reasons are many: lack of time, bad logistics (QWERTY are scarce on French soil ...

Let aside the fact that many people prefer short texts, my idea has yet another drawback: the resulting figures are plain UGLY :?
Let's see an example using the current pointing system:

October 2010 : length10 = 109 chars.
score10 ...

Here's my suggestion for a new formula: (say "thanks", Mr Wrona !)

For each player:

Month 1 :
The chosen text has length1 (number of characters)
score1 = (score1_based_on_speed) x length1
.....
Month 12 :
The chosen text has length12 (number of characters)
score12 = (score12_based_on_speed ...

I've nothing short of praise for Jelani and Daniel, but I don't think they could've matched your performance this time. A question still looms in my mind, however: how many errors did you make?
So, in the end, did they cover all expenses?
