Master

Post by Zoran »

Guys and girls, congratulations to all of you. This was the hardest text for me in my 7 months typing career. :)

This was a nice master, the usual suspects got rocked for a change (Karen and Andrei)... Beware the new competitors! Good job Noah, and especially Jordan.

Too bad I wasn't home yesterday, I believe I could have ranked 9th otherwise :( Oh well, there's always next month. Hopefully this wasn't the first AND last non-French master of the year, and is the beginning of a new trend which might mark the end of the French/Romanian domination.

Andrei? Karen? What do you guys think? ;)

Au fait ? Andrei ? Have you ever tried ROMANIAN 10 minutes? (on intersteno)
I would be curious to know how you do, to compare it with English.

While it is fun that the community picks the text, it is ultimately very hard for this site to call themself "international" because of that. I think they should simply offer a text in (for now) both languages, and we can vote on one from each language. When you click on the "Master of the Month" button inside the TypingZone program, it would then list the tabs across the top like it does in Permanent, for English, French, etc., for each language available for the master. This is how I would like to see it done, or similarly.

Traduction :

We've already had this idea. I agree with it at the condition that the two masters wouldn't be at the same time during the month.

I think we need a lot of moderators, one moderator each languages ?
These moderators post one text in this language and after, zonedactylo members vote for the text that he likes the more.
Is it a nice idea ? And I think the "incith" proposition is too nice but I just offer my point of view for you ;)
So, i let you choice ! :)
Thank you for all masters, they're all nice and more hard every months !
Good luck to you Andrei and Karen, it should be hard for you ! :p

Thanks Damz!

I think I'll try to do the French masters too from here on out, but the language difference will make it tough. I don't think I'll be able to challenge Karen and Andrei much. A regular English competition would be great.

Congrats all on good English typing this month, and dealing with the rickroll in our heads all day...

A lot of ideas, like always. But not a lot of facts, like always.
