Wow! Unbelievable if Andrei gets over 800... Really!

I couldn't believe it.

Wait just a few days for Georgette answer. She'll send you login and password.

Good luck!

Was the text much harder than when you did 720 in practice? How come you didn't do nearly as good?

By the way, did you read the PM I sent you a few days ago? ;)

I really don't know. I screwed up repeatedly in the beginning and made many many typos, then went back and fixed them. It was a bad run.

I just looked up my PMs now that you mentioned it, and I responded. In general I don't check PMs though, but my email address is my username at mit.edu.

You're crazy.

You type Dutch almost as much fast as English! It's funny.

GOOD JOB, guys!

688, 628, 601 ... cpm
Great.

As far as I'm concerned, yesterday I did two attempts (in French): 689 with 3 mistakes and 687 with 3 mistakes.

I don't know if I'll get 700 cpm for the contest... but I would love that.

Tonight I'll begin with some languages, perhaps. But I miss practice.

Did you learn the Russian layout? I've been trying to type in Russian yesterday, and I could hardly pass 200 cpm on 1 minute :S

Eh oui...

Actually, I'm achieving my goal, which was to be able to type over 720 cpm on ten minutes, and that when I want.

I was expecting to a such ability in more or less two years... but in fact, it's stupid! since it's only a question of concentration, self-control...

You, like me, or Jelani.. Chris.. even Andrei.. are capable of getting over 700 cpm! But indeed it's an impressive speed that only a few typists reach.

Anyway!
You know, when I'm competing, I'm stressing terribly. Example: for the foreign languages that I've typed for the moment, I was slow :( I felt very slow... because I watched a lot on what I was typing... for fear of making mistakes.

You are above all that a genius!

You represent our lovely TypingZone wonderfully!
Thank you to be so talented, so powerful...

Hey, Dan, why did you type FR(BE) and not FR?
The text was hard? as you did 7 mistakes.

I'm hezitating. I don't know if I'll type FR or FR(BE).

No, the text is easy. I made 7 mistakes because towards the end the line got shifted by one word and it was difficult to see when I made mistakes

text:
a b c d e f g
h i j k l m n
o p q r s t u

i was typing:
a b c d e f g h
i j k l m n o
p q r s t u v
