Well, for the remaining ones I am going to try for all >500 except for Russian (>350/400?) Hungarian will depend on luck but all others >500 should be a reasonable goal

Probably I will type Croatian or Romanian next.

Bne soirée !

I have always found that FR (BE) is easier than FR, so I don't know

Pouahh ! Excellent, Czechs will be scary when they'll see your performances.

I tried FR (and not FR(BE)), I did 716. It seems to be the same evaluation for the two languages. Actually, it's the same language, lol, but with the difference of "espacement".

Anyway, good luck for the rest!
Georgette wants enormously to see you in Beijing, haha. You could become the best typist in the world! But it's indeed too expensive... Maybe she'll find you some sponsor? Have you some news?

Need to average 365.3 on remaining 3 languages to make 80000:
Hungarian/Turkish/Russian...

Daniel, there's no doubt in my mind that you will reach your 80k points goal :)

I think any good typist can achieve 80000 if they train for all 16 languages. I've put in quite a bit of time into typing multiple languages in order to achieve my results.

Don't see why the Czechs or Turks would be scared... they have had a year to train now since last year, I wouldn't be surprised if someone has a better result than me in the end. Plus, my SK and PL results are pretty bad since I did them in the beginning without much training.

I won't be able to make it to Beijing since I start work in June training as a trader for a bank. Also it is expensive and not worth flying for 12 hours to Beijing and back for one day of competition...
