I definitely can't disagree with what you say, man. And it's a pity that you don't understand French because I was saying, in my last posts, that Andrei is better than me :] Not better in general typing skills -pure speed- (only Intersteno can estimate it, or another similar test) but really better in a such competition because Andrei owns an exceptional better brute speed.
I don't think the language is problematic in a such competition (even if I have advantages on French) as Andrei showed several times that he beat me on French texts.
But, indeed, if the last master was in English, Andrei would probably be the winner! But it was in French :p and, to say truth, I was myself surprised when I saw a French text was chosen! because I hoped nothing from this final master...
Well, what do you suggest, hombre?
Let me remind you that for "Intersteno 2009", I got 602 cpm on English and Andrei 601 cpm (on ten minutes typing). I don't want to seem pretentious but only remind the difference between PURE SPEED and BRUTE SPEED.
Anyway. Hope to read you again asap.
And, a last thing: I suggested a lot the introduction of more languages in the competitions of TypingZone to have distinct competitions (one in French, another in English, why not another in Rumanian, etc.).
