What is the best way to practice the permanent texts? I heard that some people practice very slowly and try to build up very good accuracy, and slowly speed up.
I've heard that others practice one sentence at a time, until they are very fast on each section.
Suggestions?

The problem when you type the text over and over again is that you end up practicing the beginning disproportionately in comparison to the last sentences. Then, when you finally do get a very good start on the first 3 lines, the chances of stumbling somewhere as you get closer to the end are pretty high. That's why I think practicing each sentence separately is a good idea. You may use a tool like

Also, slow practice is good for getting rid of bad habbits you might have acquired along the way and gradually working your way back to a fast speed on a given sequence of words. So to answer your question, I don't think it's an either/or thing, you should use both techniques depending on the circumstances.
Of course you're already faster than me, so what do I know

Maybe Hiroki could enlighten us :/

My only advice : type the permanents texts after the masters. It's the best period to break your scores I think. It's always happens to me.
