Errors when uploading results to the Master

Hello. I'm a newcomer on this website and I'm currently participating on the annual championship for the first time. However, whilst using the program that allows you to send your results, regardless of how fast I manage to type, an error that reads to "Impossible to connect with the server" pops up when I try to upload my record.
I tried using the online application, but every time I close or refresh the page my high score vanishes instantly (which doesn't happen on the offline program); that makes me think that my score isn't actually being saved. Furthermore, *also* shows an error quickly when you finish typing the sentence; this one reads to "Erreur serveur (MySQL/PHP)". However, I supposedly can upload my result if I click on the "sync with web" button, but I'm not confident that it actually got uploaded.
By the way, it's worth mentioning that this error doesn't happen when I'm uploading one of my permanent contests scores. It works fine on both programs.
